2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Marketing results vary based on industry, competition, client participation, and market conditions.
EYA Consulting does not guarantee or promise revenue increases, customer growth, or specific performance outcomes. All recommendations are made in good faith, but results are not guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Approve content and deliverables within reasonable timeframes
  • Maintain access to platforms and tools required for service delivery
  • Implement recommended strategies where applicable

Delays in communication or approvals may extend project timelines.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each service package includes a defined number of revisions. Requests outside the agreed‑upon scope may incur additional fees. Any scope changes must be confirmed in writing.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment terms are due as stated on the invoice or booking platform.
  • All payments are non‑refundable once work has begun.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

EYA Consulting is committed to a respectful, collaborative working environment.
Abusive, disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

EYA Consulting reserves the right to:

  • Decline services at any time
  • Terminate a project or client relationship immediately if treated poorly
  • Retain all payments with no refund if termination occurs due to client misconduct

This policy protects the wellbeing, time, and professional integrity of EYA Consulting.

11. Third‑Party Tools, Platforms & Costs

Some services require the use of third‑party platforms or tools (e.g., Meta, Google, Canva, website builders, scheduling tools). Clients understand that:

  • Any required subscriptions, advertising budgets, or paid tools are the client’s responsibility
  • EYA Consulting is not responsible for outages, bugs, policy changes, or limitations imposed by third‑party platforms
  • Performance or stability of third‑party services cannot be guaranteed

If a platform becomes unavailable or restricted, timelines or deliverables may be adjusted.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless EYA Consulting from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Materials or information provided by the client
  • Copyrighted or unlicensed materials supplied by the client
  • Misrepresentation or false claims made by the client
  • Violations of platform policies by the client

This protects EYA Consulting from legal or financial consequences caused by client‑provided content or actions.

13. Force Majeure

EYA Consulting is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Illness or medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Power or internet outages
  • Platform outages
  • Acts of God
  • Government restrictions
  • Unexpected personal emergencies

Timelines may be adjusted without penalty in such cases.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or engaging in services with EYA Consulting, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
